Data Privacy Statement
We take the protection of personal data and your privacy very seriously. At this point we would like to explain what it means for you when you use our personalised services and how we protect your data. In order to guarantee the greatest possible protection of your privacy, we naturally comply with all legal regulations on data protection.
Personal data consists of information about your identity. This includes, for example, details such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. It is not necessary for you to disclose personal data in order to use our website. In certain cases, though, we need your name and address and other information so that we can provide the services you have requested.
The same applies, for example, where we need to send you information material or goods you have ordered, or to answer individual questions. Where this is necessary, we will inform you accordingly. Furthermore, we only store and process data that you provide to us voluntarily or automatically. Where we ask you for additional data, this provision of information is voluntary. The processing of personal data takes place exclusively for the provision of the requested service and for the protection of our own legitimate business interests.

We will collect, process and use the personal data you provide online only for the purposes that we have told you. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your required consent. Personal data is only collected and passed on to authorised government institutions and authorities in accordance with the relevant legislation or if we are obliged to do so by a court order or ruling. For this we need your e-mail address. The further data required for sending the newsletter is taken from the registration or confirmation form. You will only receive the newsletter if you register on our website. After registration you will receive an e-mail from us asking you to confirm the registration (double opt-in procedure). Only after confirmation is received do we send the newsletter to you. If you have only registered for the newsletter, we will use your e-mail address solely for sending the newsletter. You can cancel this free service at any time with effect for the future by clicking on the link "Unsubscribe" at the end of the newsletter or by deselecting the option "Order newsletter" in the "My account" section.

When you use this online portal, the following personal data is processed: (salutation, title, first name, last name, street and house number, postal code and town, e-mail address, telephone/mobile number, free field for application letters, attachment upload for application letters and documents). The data is normally deleted 3 months after completion of the application process. If the application is followed by the conclusion of an employment contract, the data is then included in the personnel files.
Information on special cookies
We use various cookies on our website to analyse the use of the website and to advertise our products in a targeted manner. We use technologies from different providers (e.g. Google, Yahoo, Trusted Shops, Pulse Point, SPOTX, VE Interactive etc.).
We use Google Analytics, which in turn uses various cookies. These may change over time. We therefore briefly describe the use of Google Analytics here.
This website uses Google Analytics from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA)
Google Analytics enables data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to be assigned to a pseudonymous user ID. This means that user activities can be analysed across devices.
These cookies, which are text files stored on your computer, are used to analyse the use of this website. We use the "IP anonymisation" function, which means the data will be processed in an EU State or other party to the Agreement on the EEA. In exceptional cases, the full IP address may be transferred to a server in the USA and truncated there. The IP address transmitted by your browser under Google Analytics will not be combined with other data held by Google. Google analyses the transmitted data on our behalf and provides us with reports on website activity and usage. Furthermore, Google provides additional services associated with the use of the website and the Internet. Our legitimate interest in the processing of the data is based on this purpose. The legal basis for this is Article 15 (3) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR. After 14 months, the data collected by cookies in this way is automatically deleted once a month.
You can configure the management of cookies by configuring the settings in your browser software.
You can use an opt-out cookie (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) to prevent the processing of data by Google. To do so, you will need to download and install the browser add-on. If you want to do this across multiple devices, you must install this add-on on all devices.
