Your benefits with RECYFIX HICAP T

RECYFIX HICAP T channels are particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications with extreme loads up to class F 900. The drainage system is also suitable for storage due to its high retention volume. This means that no additional water storage tanks or reservoirs are required to ensure flood safety. Due to the high hydraulic capacity and retention volume of the drainage solution, fewer pipe connections and sump units are required. This means time savings during installation and lower costs. The channel body is also easy to process (sawing, drilling) thanks to the RECYFIX material.

  • Channel components made of lightweight yet unbreakable polypropylene
  • Easy handling and installation without the use of heavy equipment and installation aids
  • Channels blend seamlessly into the surface (e.g. in pedestrian zones)
  • Solid, 30 cm high slotted top made of extremely robust ductile iron EN GJS-500-7
  • 19 cm direct asphalt connection, paving can be connected to the slotted top using the loose construction method (no need for two different types of concrete for paving)
  • Special attachment for construction period drainage with lateral drainage openings for connecting a second drainage level
  • Asymmetrical connection to the surface, e.g. on a kerb
  • High resistance to frost, salt and UV rays
  • Customised solutions: Polygonal installation in radius, without gradient and step fall possible

Modular design – fewer connections

The RECYFIX HICAP T solution is so effective that the drainage of large areas can be realised with just a single channel connection. The RECYFIX HICAP T systems are available in several channel sizes. Therefore, they can be joined together within the same drainage line as the size increases to create a step fall. As a result, surface water is drained even faster, even if the system is installed on level ground (0% longitudinal gradient). Designed for connection to sewerage systems or other drainage systems.

References with RECYFIX HICAP T

The RECYFIX HICAP T is ideal for draining areas with heavy goods traffic. Thanks to the asymmetrical connection to a kerb (e.g. bus kerb), the drainage system is also particularly suitable for bus stops. The reason for this is because buses are often driven close to the kerb when approaching, causing damage to reinforced concrete slotted channels.
