The RECYFIX NC system consists of a durable and corrosion-resistant channel body made of fibre-reinforced polypropylene (PP) with a multi-point locked ductile iron grating. The system can withstand loads up to class E 600 and is ideal for demanding applications subject to heavy traffic.

4-bolt fixing per grating (2 gratings per metre) for maximum security and safety

Self-centring bolt: bolt automatically finds its position and can easily be detached even after years of use

Frame integrated as part of the channel body and provides protection against lateral movements and dynamic forces

RECYFIX: Material made from recycled composite
The RECYFIX material used to manufacture the channel bodies is made from approximately 93% recycled plastics and, for this reason, bears the well-known German ‘Blue Angel’ eco-label. This helps to preserve fossil fuel resources, reduce waste and minimise the environmental impact of production. RECYFIX channels are PVC-free and suitable for material or thermal recovery at the end of their life.
