The RECYFIX NC system consists of a durable and corrosion-resistant channel body made of fibre-reinforced polypropylene (PP) with a multi-point locked ductile iron grating. The system can withstand loads up to class E 600 and is ideal for demanding applications subject to heavy traffic.

4-bolt fixing per grating (2 gratings per metre) for maximum security and safety

Self-centering bolt: bolt automatically finds its position and can easily be detached even after years of use

Frame integrated as part of the channel body and provides protection against lateral movements and dynamic forces

The name RECYFIX comes from the use of recycled material in the channel body. By using recyclable waste material within the manufacturing process of RECYFIX, HAURATON is helping to reduce landfill, conserve natural resources and lower the environmental impact of production.
Environmental credentials
RECYFIX channels carry the Blue Angel environmental label, a recognised award in Germany for resource-saving use of materials. The channels are PVC-free and fully recyclable following lifetime use.
